THE SPACE
Situated next to the base of Dollar mountain, this unit offers immediate access to winter skiing. Dollar mountain is home to the Sun Valley’s Snowsports school, which makes this an extremely convenient option for parents looking to enroll their kids in ski school. Walk them over to ski school in minutes and avoid the hassle that comes with loading everyone into the car to head to the hill.
Hot tub and pool located onsite in the association. The condo is a 1 minute walk to the club house where the pool and hot tub are located, but is far enough away that you aren’t disturbed by noise from guests using these facilities.

Wonderful condo in an excellent location. We were able to hike Dollar mountain at sunset right from our front door and downtown is an easy mile walk away.
